For this level, we are going to focus on the plants and animals that call these coastal habitats home. Throughout this level, we’ll be using the term ECOSYSTEM. Remember, an ecosystem is a community of organisms interacting with one another and all the nonliving parts of the environment.
We will also talk about some of the issues and challenges that face us and the plants and animals that call coastal Louisiana home.
